Refund policy

Every project is written specifically for you, so I cannot resell or reuse it once it has been started. This page explains what that means for cancellations and refunds.

If you cancel before work starts

I will refund any deposit you have paid in full.

If you cancel part-way through

You pay for the work completed up to the point you cancel. I will tell you what that covers, and any part of a deposit that is more than the work done will be refunded.

If I cannot deliver

If I am unable to deliver the work, for example because of illness or a change in my availability, I will refund the payment for any work I have not delivered.

Work that has been delivered

Because the work is bespoke, payment for work already delivered is not refundable. If you are unhappy with it, the included revisions in the terms of service are the first step, and I would like the chance to put things right.

Email hello@mosleycontent.org with your project details and what is bothering you. I will read it carefully, reply, and work with you to find a fair outcome.
